Two paramedics featured on national television attending an incident on the M65.

Josh and Josh, who work for North West Ambulance service, features on the BBC one show Ambulance on Thursday night when they were called to crash on the M65.

The crash saw a car fly up the embankment and land on a wall.

Call handlers had two reports of a crash, one between junctions seven and eight and one between junctions nine and 10.

As Josh and Josh attended the incident they confirmed that there was no incident between junctions seven and eight before being shocked by what they saw on their arrival to the scene.

It is believed that the driver of the car, Asad, had a seizure while he was driving his sister, Sibaqa, to work.

Both were taken by ambulance to Royal Preston Hospital where they received further treatment.

Speaking to Asad on his way to hospital, one of the paramedics explained how the scene looked and what had happened.

He said: “You’ve left the barrier and flown and hit the wall.

“It’s a right mess! Dramatic start to your week.”

Ambulance airs on BBC One on Thursday nights at 9pm.
