AN uninsured driver was found in possession of cannabis.
Officers patrolling the Ribble Valley on Friday evening were alerted to a vehicle are it was flagged on their system as being uninsured.
Once they caught up with the driver they established he didn’t have a full driving licence and discovered he was in possession of a small amount of cannabis.
A spokesman said: “The driver has been reported for both driving offences and received a £90 fine for the cannabis, his vehicle has also been seized as a result.”
