M65 closed following accident near Huncoat
The M65 has been has now reopened eastbound at Junction 8 near Huncoat following an earlier collision.
The road was reopened just after 6pm today (Tuesday September 14).
Highways England said: "The M65 eastbound exit slip road at J8 (Huncoat A56) is currently closed due to a collision. Traffic Officers are currently at scene, Recovery are on their way to the area to assist."
Also this evening two lanes were closed on the M61 Southbound due to another collision. These have also been reopened.
