An estate agents that launched in East Lancashire just three years ago has been so successful, they've expanded their business and moved to a town centre location.

Coppenwall Estate Agents was established in Rossendale in 2018, and following a fantastic 12 months, they have recently moved into a new office in B&E boys' Kingfisher Centre in Rawtenstall.

Since their inception, they have become the second largest and best reviewed agent in the valley, which has seen a number of their trademark red signs popping up across Rossendale.

Since moving into their new office, Coppenwall have also invested in the local community, firstly by opening up an employment opportunity to an apprentice staff member, who has been given the chance to upskill and learn all about the industry whilst earning a wage at the same time.

And secondly, by sponsoring two junior football teams, Rossendale United Juniors and Haslingden Girl’s Football Club.

Director, Duane Dobson said: “As a local employer we feel it’s essential to give young people skills and opportunities and this is certainly something that we will be doing more of in the future.

“We are delighted to support two fantastic local clubs that provide a superb standard of football coaching for both boys and girls and promote health and wellbeing in our community.

"We are proud to be a part of both teams.”

The team at Coppenwall have also been able to enjoy their town centre location since moving, and take full advantage of the local businesses right on their doorstep.

With meeting rooms and a large car park, Coppenwall encourage property sellers or purchasers to come and visit them at their office to chat to the friendly team.

The future is looking bright for Coppenwall with 216 properties sold in the past 12 months, a 93 per cent conversion rate and 95 per cent asking price achieved on sales during that time.
