Lancashire Telegraph:

Blackburn and Darwen Police said: “Drugs affect people in many ways - the sale, use and production are relied on heavily by criminals who in turn affect our neighbourhoods and communities by preying on the vulnerable.

“The production of drugs is not acceptable in our neighbourhoods and the Neighbourhood Task Force, along with colleagues from the neighbourhood policing teams, work relentlessly to disrupt and cease criminal activities.

“If you have any drug related issues in your area you can report this using the usual 101 telephone number or sign up to Lancashire talking and provide us with any information you may have, the more specific the better. Names, Vehicles, times and dates are extremely useful.

“The information you provide is vital to stop this criminality. We cannot and will not allow this to continue.”
