A MAN is in hospital after being stabbed following a street fight in Bury last night.
Emergency services were called to Burns Avenue at around 10pm on July 31 following reports of an altercation.
A man in his fifties was involved in an altercation with three youths after they were "causeing damage to parked cars", according to police.
Officers say that no one has been arrested in connection with the incident, as of 7pm today (August 1).
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At around 10pm on July 31, police were called to a report of a disturbance on Burns Avenue , Bury.
"Officers attended and established that an altercation had taken place between two groups of males.
"As a result one man has sustained a stab wound and is receiving treatment at hospital. Injuries are not life threatening and enquiries are ongoing."
