Man urinates on wall whilst having a burger
A man was spotted urinating on a wall whilst having an evening meal. The incident happened on St Aidan’s Avenue in Blackburn on Friday evenin (July 23).
Footage shows the man urinating against the wall whilst munching on his burger.
The wall is only 15 metres away from a park play area.
An angry resident Harry told us: "I'm sick of it being used as a cut through with bins being set alight, drug use and being used as a toilet.
"It happens at least twice a week"
