A HOUSE fire broke out earlier today requiring two fire engines to tackle it.
The engines, from Hyndburn and Blackburn fire stations, arrived at the scene on Blackburn Road, Great Harwood at just after 7am on Thursday July 22.
There they found a fire at a house involving a first floor bedroom.
Firefighters were able to use two breathing apparatus along with a hose reel to extinguish the fire and remained in attendance for two and a half hours.
No injuries have been reported.
