A little more family-friendly than paintballing and airsoft, the indoor Nerf arena boasts nearly 3,000 square feet of indoor fun and each 1-hour session consists of three 20-minute games led by their Marshalls. Whether you choose to Capture the Flag, Protect the VIP or even turn your hand to some Fortnite, you’ll soon be caught up in the excitement each game brings. If a single hour doesn’t seem like quite long enough, you’ll be pleased to know that extra 20-minute games can be purchased on-site to continue the fun.

Having thought up the idea after a rigorous battle of wits with some newly purchased Nerf guns for his son on Christmas morning, alongside the realisation that not only could his son keep going long after Iain could have used a good sit-down but also that there was a significant amount of Nerf darts scattered on the floor waiting to be cleaned up, was the Dart Zone born. With such a personal backstory, it’s no wonder that the joy of each experience is reflected in Iain.
“There is no better feeling in business than when you hear a child saying it’s the best party they have ever been too, or someone tells you what a great time they’ve had. When you have people visiting on a regular basis all the way from Kendal or you have a party booked from someone who lives in a big city like Manchester and Leeds, you feel proud that they have trusted you in having the responsibility in making their loved one’s day or that they have enjoyed it so much they travel to your venue, your idea, your effort, and gamble.”
Back with a bang now that they’re free to reopen under the government guidelines, and fully up-to-date with the correct procedures and equipment in place to open safely when the time was right to open, every care has been taken to make this experience a safe one. Having assisted in running one of the covid test sites during the peak of the pandemic, Iain was able to ensure that everything was in place before the doors were opened.
