Hannah has worked hard on several large-scale projects since joining, allowing her to gain key experiences which stood her in good stead for seamlessly progressing to Test Engineer after just two and a half years with the company.

Hannah comments, "If there’s anyone looking to become a Test Engineer I would just say go for it. I have worked my way towards it for some time now and it’s been a really rewarding experience. Because of my background as an Electrical Fitter, it has meant that I can understand how everything works, making my job now as a Test Engineer a little easier.”

A key part of Anord Mardix’s ethos is to integrate itself with the local communities that it resides within. Therefore, finding local people to join Anord Mardix and working with them to achieve their individual career goals is extremely important to the company.
