Here are the funky new toilets at the Burnley Mechanics Theatre.

Burnley Leisure and Culture unveiled the £85k investment at the Mechanics Theatre with these series of images.

The Theatre posted: “The previous toilets were installed in 1986 and we all agree desperately needed refurbishing.

“In 1855 where the toilets are currently located was the Mechanics Institute Chess Room, so we have installed a little bit of chess heritage back into the building whilst offering a touch of luxury including Dyson hand dryers and exclusive toiletries by Neil & Wolf.

“We have also increased the number of female cubicles!”
