A total of 73 people have been taken to court in the last two months after they were caught speeding on some of Lancashire's busiest motorways.
Of those 73 people, 27 were fined, with many having their licences endorsed with penalty points and some even being disqualified from driving.
The offences all relate to speeding on the M65 where the person has driven above the 70mph limit and appeared in court in either May or June. One offence relates to Vivary Way in Colne where the speed limit of 50mph was exceeded.
Here are the names of the 27 people who have contravened the motorway speed limits:

Raeece Sulaman-Butt, 23, of Limes Avenue, Darwen
On November 10 2020, caught speeding between junctions seven and eight.

Shahzad Majid, 26, of Burnley Road, Colne
On October 25 2020 caught speeding in a BMW on the M65 between junctions seven and eight.
Licence endorsed with six points and fined a total of £816 including costs.
Nasim Makbulhusen Dawood, 54, of Hollins Grove Street, Darwen
On November 10 2020 caught speeding in a Audi between junctions seven and eight of the M65.
Fined a total of £205 and had four points on licence.
Shazia Sabia Kosar, 38, of Kingston Avenue, Accrington
On October 25 2020 caught speeding on the M65 between junctions seven and eight.
Licence endorsed with six points and fined a total of £447 including costs.
Mark Owen, 42, of Bentley Street, Blackburn
On December 5 2020 caught speeding in a Mercedes between junctions seven and eight.
Licence endorsed with six points and fined a total of £204 including costs.
Ubaid Muhammad, 25 of Goodshaw Avenue, Blackburn
On November 10 2020 caught speeding in an Audi on the M65 between junctions seven and eight.
Fined a total of £574 including costs with four points on licence.
Simon Graham Day, 27 of Walmsley Street, Rishton
On January 16 caught between junctions seven and eight of the M65 speeding.
Licence endorsed with six points and fined a total of £574 including costs.
Irfan Matak, 43, of Whalley Range, Blackburn
On December 5 2020 caught speeding in an Audi between junctions seven and eight of the M65.

Nybeel Awaan, 22, of Tintern Crescent, Blackburn
On December 5 2020 caught speeding in an Mazda between junctions seven and eight of the M65.
Licence endorsed with four points and fined a total of £204 including costs.
Artur Michal Grabiasz, 37, of Newfield Drive, Nelson
On October 25 2020 caught speeding between junctions seven and eight of the M65.
Licence endorsed with four points and fined a total of £385 including costs.
Muhammad Alam, 35, of Belgrave Street, Burnley
On June 1 2020 was caught speeding between junctions seven and ten of the M65.
He was disqualified from driving for six months and fined a total of £304 including costs.
Junaid Mahmood, 26, of Monmouth Road, Blackburn
Caught speeding on October 25 between junctions seven and eight of the M65.

Michelle Rothwell, 51 of Oaklands Avenue, Barrowford
On October 12 2020 caught speeding between junctions seven and eight of the M65
Fined a total of £204 and had six points on her licence.
Martin Melvin, 51, of Cross Lane, Waddington, Clitheroe
Caught speeding on the M65 between junctions seven and eight on January 29 this year.

Was caught exceeding the 50mph speed limit on Vivary Way in Colne on October 31 2020

Fined a total of £603 including costs and banned from driving for two weeks.
