A BLACKBURN bar in the town centre has been sold before going to auction.
Bar Ibiza on Mincing Lane was set to be being auctioned off on Wednesday with a guide price of £160,000 but was sold prior to the auction for an undisclosed amount, according to the auctioneers.
The pub, which has four storeys, including the main ground floor area with the pub space, kitchen and toilets and a basement below.
Upstairs on the first floor is a reception room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with the top floor containing a main room and a terrace.
Before it was known as Bar Ibiza the pub was called Clitheroe Kate's.
The identity of the new owner has not been declared and the pub declined to comment about the sale.
