TWO East Lancashire towns are set to get new bus lane enforcement cameras.
The CCTV devices will be installed on Whalley Road and King Street in Accrington and Church Street in Burnley later this year if approved.
Lancashire County Council's Cabinet is set to put the plan out to consultation when it meets on Thursday.
The cameras will enforce existing bus lane restrictions.
Cllr Charlie Edwards, the county's cabinet member for transport, said: "We already have cameras in place to enforce bus lanes in a number of locations in Lancashire where they have been shown to be successful in discouraging drivers from abusing the bus lanes and making sure they're clear for the buses to use."
