SENTENCING: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A KENDAL man has been fined after admitting to using 'threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour'.
Scott William Graham, of Low Mead, was handed a £40 fine at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Barrow.
He pleaded guilty to the charge that, on February 9, 2021, he used 'threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby'.
His guilty plea was taken into account when imposing a sentence.
Graham, 33, was fined £40.
