Fire: The blaze occurred on the Moorings, Burnley
A KITCHEN fire occurred earlier today with two fire engines required to tackle it.
The blaze occurred at a house on The Moorings in Burnley with firefighters called to the scene at around 2.55pm.
They arrived from Burnley fire station to find a fire underway in the kitchen.
Using two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit they were able to extinguish the fire.
Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.
