Man in court over retail park assault on woman
A BURNLEY man has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman in a retail park.
Adam Ali, 28, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court last week following an incident which took place at Bradford Foster Square Retail Park in February 2020.
Ali, of Lindale Crescent, Burnley, pleaded not guilty to one count of assault by beating.
He was remanded on bail until September 1 where he will once again appear in front of Magistrates for trial.
