A LEADING printer and photocopier supplier has announced plans to open a new office in Blackburn.

Corona Corporate Solutions, based in Hertford, hope that the new office will support the business' continued growth and will build up a strong presence in the North West.

This follows on from the firm's acquisition of Managed Print Services, a printing equipment and supplies company with several offices across the region, from Maintel Europe Ltd.

Corona Corporate Solutions CEO Andy Moffitt said: "This is a really exciting addition to the CCS Family and our first as we emerge from the COVID crisis.

"We are also opening a new Blackburn office to support this new business and establish a hub in the North West."

This comes just weeks after Mr Moffitt was announced as the firm's new CEO following the departure of company founder James Stephens, having previously served as service director, with a focus on growing the business.

Meanwhile, taking over Managed Print Services will mean that Corona Corporate Services will take on the company's staff, around 2000 machines and 700 regular customers.

The company has yet to specify where the new Blackburn office will be located.
