Three men, including one from Lancashire, have been charged in relation to a £10m cocaine and heroin conspiracy.

The men were arrested and drugs seized as part of an operation by the Organised Crime Partnership – a team of officers from the National Crime Agency and Metropolitan Police Service.

During the operation, officers seized 109kg of cocaine and 15kg of heroin after raiding an industrial unit in Enfield, North London, on April 27.

The drugs had a street value of £10,220,000.

The accused have been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and remanded to appear at Wood Green Crown Court on May 17.

They are: Antonio Monobianco, 42, of Wanstead, east London formerly Enfield, north London; Levi Howarth, 25, of Barnsley, South Yorkshire formerly Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and  David Owens, 61, of Preston, formerly of Aintree, Liverpool.

Seven other men arrested in the same operation have been released under investigation.
