The one and only Mr Motivator is to hold a live Zoom fitness session this week as part of the Captain Tom 100 Challenge.

Inspire Chorley Youth Zone has joined forces with the exercise guru to help raise funds for the organisation, which will go towards supporting youngsters across the region who have struggled throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

Schools, businesses, sports clubs and organisations are being asked to get involved and raise some money before the live online event this Friday.

Famous for his colourful TV workouts and inspired by the youth zone’s tireless work throughout lockdown supporting thousands of local children and young people, the king of lycra has generously agreed to help with this exclusive Inspire Youth Zone Live Zoom event.

Lancashire Telegraph:

A spokesperson for Chorley Council said: "To support Inspire’s Captain Tom 100 Challenge Mr Motivator would love you to dress up for the big event, donating to Inspire and wearing whatever makes you happy.

"From the brightest of clothes, to your favourite outfit (dare we mention lycra, wedding dresses, work uniform) he hopes everyone who takes part will try and raise £100 or more to help Inspire Youth Zone continue to support those young people who have found the past 12 months especially difficult.

"In return for your support, you can expect certificates and a whole lot of fun in this super energised event."

Mr Motivator’s specially adapted live routine is suitable for all ages and abilities and will take place from 9.30am until 10am on Friday April 30.
