Our video shows the moment the Wanderers players saluted the fans who had cheered them on from afar at Morecambe.
Having gathered ahead of the game to welcome the team coach to the Mazuma Stadium, supporters then returned post match having watched their team, on iFollow of course, take a huge step towards promotion with a 1-0 win.
Chairman Sharon Brittan’s car was the first vehicle to get an ovation from the Whites fans but before the players and boss Ian Evatt jumped on the bus home, they met supporters halfway, standing on a mound outside the Shrimps’ home to show those who had travelled to the seaside their appreciation.
The result leaves Wanderers needing just one win from their final two games to ensure an immediate return to League One.
