A school girl who has been missing for five days has links to East Lancashire.
Paige Kaye was reported missing to the police on Tuesday April 13.
According to the police she has links to Nelson, Blackpool and Penwortham.
She is white, around 5ft 6in tall, has dark brown hair and is of a slender build.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Paige has been reported as a missing person to us.
"She has been reported as missing on April 13 from the Preston area."
Paige was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a light grey Puma hoodie, white shirt with a black/yellow/green striped tie with a black skirt and black tights.
The spokesperson added: "If Paige is seen then please call us on 999 and quote log reference 1488 of April 13.
"If Paige sees this appeal, we would urge her to make contact with us so that we can ensure she is safe and well."
