A CAFE owner has won £2000 worth of coaching advice, including from experts like Lord Alan Sugar.

Darryl Brockleby, who runs Cafe88 on Abbey Street in Accrington, was one of five winners from across the North West who had been taking part in a competition run Lancashire Business Growth Ltd.

Now, he and his fellow winners have received free two day tickets for Biz 2021: the Business Excellence Forum and Awards where speakers will include Apprentice star Lord Sugar.

Mr Brockleby said: “This couldn’t have come at a better time as having been unable to open our business until May meant another month of uncertainty.

“Having a mentor and getting professional advice from Paul and ActionCOACH will also help me to reach my personal and business goals.”

The two-day event, run by Blackburn-based business coaching firm ActionCOACH, will be be presented by TV's Stephen Mulhern.

It will also feature speakers including marketing influencer Seth Godin, business coach Brad Sugars, personal development expert Paul McKenna and best-selling author Kim Scott.
