OFFICERS are on a mission to identify drug dealers who have taken to using a luxury hotel's car park to conduct their business.
The Crow Wood Hotel and Spa in Burnley is a destination venue hotel popular as a venue for weddings and weekends away.
However concerns have recently been raised about suspicious activity which is being carried out in the hotel's carpark - including drug dealing and anti-social drivers.
PCSO Sam Baysal said: "It has recently been brought to my attention that the Crow Wood Hotel car park has been being targeted by drug dealers and anti social drivers.
"This behaviour will not be tolerated. It is not acceptable to abuse a private car park in this way or to leave behind your rubbish. This is a private car park with extensive cctv systems that will cover vehicle registration numbers.
"I will be working closely with the hotel to identify possible offenders. Moving forward please do not be surprised to see more of a police presence down here."
