A DRIVER was stopped by police in the early hours of the morning with no licence or insurance.
Blackburn with Darwen police tweeted: "This vehicle was spotted at over 100mph on the M65, when it was stopped it transpired the driver had no licence or insurance. #T5Tacops."
Another driver in Burnley was also stopped due to not having a licence or insurance and other offences against them.
Both cars were seized by police and the drivers reported.
