A CAR has been seized after being driven on the wrong side of the road.

Police in Padiham first noticed the car when it did not stop at a junction on Thomson Street on Friday night, March 26.

On stopping the car, officers also found that the driver did not have a licence or insurance.

A police spokesperson said: "The driver of this vehicle on Thomson Street Padiham thought it was a good idea to not stop at a junction and drive on wrong side of the road.

"He also had no licence and no insurance, silly boy."

The vehicle has now been seized and the driver reported for his actions.
