Officers posted on social media about issues on Yorkshire Street in the town with drivers parking and in particularly when they collect orders.

Sgt James Boult of the Burnley neighbourhood policing team, said: "This driver has been dealt with appropriately and given advice on how to park correctly.

"We will be targeting this area over the next few weeks so be mindful of how you park and show some courtesy to other road users and pedestrians."
