A man has been arrested after police raided a "sophisticated" cannabis farm with just under 100 plants.
Yesterday (March 9), officers from the Hyndburn Neighbourhood Policing Team attended an address on Blackburn Road, Great Harwood where they discovered the cannabis farm.
Inside they found a sophisticated cannabis cultivation set up inside with just under 100 cannabis plants which have been seized and will be destroyed.
A 24 year old Albanian male who was arrested at the address, has now been charged and remanded for cannabis cultivation and will be appearing in court today
A spokesperson from the police said: "We, as the Neighbourhood Policing Team, are determined to disrupt organised crime groups that are operating in our area.
