TWO men have been charged by police for drunk and disorderly behaviour with one also charged with assaulting emergency service workers.
Matthew Bamber, of Grange Avenue in Ribbleton, was charged with the assaults on Higher Road in Longridge as well as with having no vehicle insurance, no valid driving licence, for drunk and disoderly behaviour and for failing to provide a sample for police while suspected of driving whilst unfit through drugs.
Meanwhile, Nathan Walsh of Cumeragh Lane, Whittingham was also charged with drunk and disorderly behaviour.
Police arrested Bamber on Higher Road Longridge over the weekend after a member of the public reported concerns.
Walsh will now appear before Blackburn Magistrates Court in March with Bamber to appear before the court in April.
