I am not in any way defending fly tipping, but each time a council makes it harder to dispose of rubbish the rate of fly tipping goes up!
The first thing that councils did when Covid hit was to close their tips. What were people to do with their waste?
Now you have to go online and book a slot and specify what you need to dispose of and do not try to take anything you have not listed or they will turn you away.
The answer to fly tipping is to get the council waste departments to actually start taking waste again and take all waste, without all the petty rules.
