POLICE are appealing for the public's help to find a teenager, who has been missing for seven days.
Officers have posted on social media about Chinh Tran, who left his home in Rawtenstall on February 17 to do shopping and did not return
The 16-year-old has not been in contact since.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "Chinh Tran is described as a Vietnamese male 5ft 6in tall, with short black hair and of a slim build with a large tattoo on his right shin. He does not speak much English and unfamiliar with the area.
"When he was last seen they were wearing a black coat, grey woolly hat, tracksuit bottoms carrying a shopping bag.
"They are believed to have links to the Preston area and London. We are concerned for their welfare and are appealing for your help to find Chinh Tran.
"If you have seen them or have any information, please call us on 101 quoting log reference LC-20210217-1102 or email 4212@lancashire.police.uk."
