Christine and Paddy McGuinness are set to reveal the challenges of raising children with autism in a new BBC documentary.
The model, 32, and presenter, 47, share twins Penelope and Leo, seven, and Felicity, four - all of whom have been diagnosed with autism.
Autism and our Family - set to air this year - will follow the famous family as they share their search for answers about their children's autism diagnosis.
It will also follow them as they meet with parents, paediatricians and child-development experts to learn more about the disability.
Bolton funnyman Paddy and his wife often share their experiences with their children online and give advice and support to parents in the same boat.
It is estimated that there are around 700,000 people in the UK, including one in 100 children, with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
