A MENTAL health and wellbeing coach has joined Anytime Fitness UK as a mental wellbeing partner.

Lee Chambers, from Blackburn, founded Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing which has been selected as a mental wellbeing partner to Anytime Fitness UK, a global fitness franchise.

Lee will join a a "Panel of Health" that Anytime Fitness UK has tasked with the job of supporting members during the lockdown and beyond.

Lee Chambers, psychologist and coach, said: “It is the start of an exciting partnership, and being selected to deliver mental wellbeing for Anytime Fitness is something I’m passionate about. They share my vision and values of wellbeing that considers and connects the different aspects that build up the wider picture beyond physical health.

“I am looking forward to providing support for employees and members during these challenging times alongside other partners such as Musclefood and Myprotein.”

The panel consists of four experts across nutrition, sleep, mental wellbeing, work-life balance and family and social environment, offering its expertise to members through a programme of exclusive content, webinars and Q&As.

The four panel members are Dr Neil Stanley, director of sleep science at NHS-approved sleep programme Sleepstation, work and live balance expert Annabel Zicker, Lee Chambers, founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing and dietician Lucy Perrow.
