Wanted: Phillip Porter turned himself in this morning
A MAN who was wanted by police for breaching a restraining order has handed himself in.
Phillip Porter, 35 of no fixed address, breached the order on January 29 2021.
Police issued a public appeal to help find him last night and he has now handed himself in.
Officers have given their thanks to everyone who shared their appeal.
