This is the most expensive property on this list- but it is still £440 cheaper than the average asking price in Lancashire.

The one bedroom flat is close to many local amenities and it also benefits from a fitted kitchen.

The bedroom is said to be a ‘good size’ and the bathroom has its very own walk-in shower.

While dogs aren’t allowed, other pets are considered- so make sure to enquire if you ever attend a viewing.
