PLANS have been given the green light for improvements at Burnley FC.
Club bosses applied for overcladding the brick pillars to the James Hargreaves Suite entrance which will now be ceramic tile to match the new stands in the North East and South East corners of the stadium, and also create a small glazed lobby.
In the planning application it said: "With the clubs continued success in the Premier League and increased demand for a higher quality of hospitality has become apparent. The clubs continued community engagement means the club has a desire to provide a better environment for everyone who visits Turf Moor."
"The proposals will provide a more attractive formal entrance to the James Hargreaves Stand Suite, while also looking to match the high-quality materiality of the new infill stands completed in 2019.
