NOTICE has been given of an application for an alcohol premises licence for a shop.
Saima Ali of 286 Blackburn Road, Darwen, has asked for permission to sell alcohol at Sam’s Convenience Store.
The proposed hours for its sale are: Sundays to Thursdays from 8am to 10pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 8am to 11pm.
The public notice in the Lancashire Telegraph asks interested parties or responsible authorities to make representations in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB1 2LX.
