A MAN who was filmed on CCTV urinating in the street in broad daylight has been fined £90.
Last week, the Lancashire Telegraph reported about the incident on The Croft in Blackburn on Monday which shocked members of the East Park Neighbourhood Watch group.
The footage showed the worker get out of a car and urinate on the road while rubbish was thrown out by other workers.

Blackburn with Darwen Police have provided an update on their social media pages.
Sgt Steve Dundon of Blackburn neighbourhood team said: "We have identified the man in connections with the incident, who was in the area for work and he was given a Public Order Fixed Penalty Notice.
"It was a good response from the community to tell us about the incident and we have managed to catch the person concerned.
"The man advised he was very sorry for his actions."

Speaking at the time, a lifelong resident of The Croft, said: "I was shocked by it. He should be a bit discreet especially in broad daylight. He had no shame about what he has done. Then the rubbish went out of the car and they just drove off.
“All we ask is that they respect and behave as they would do if they were in their own neighbourhood."
