Police were called out to hundreds of coronavirus related incidents over the weekend after receiving numerous reports of parties, unnecessary journeys and breaches of Covid-regulations.
Officers across the county dished out a number of fines and carried out several proactive checks, stating too many people had been out and about despite the nation being in lockdown.
Deputy Chief Constable Terry Woods said the weekend had been extremely busy for his officers and warned people to stay at home, or stay local if exercising.
Posting on Twitter, DCC Woods said: "A busy weekend for Lancs Police, especially Covid policing.

"A number of fines were issued for parties and unnecessary journeys etc.
