FIREFIGHTERS rescued a swan stuck in ice for over two hours.
At 3:17pm on January 6, two fire engines from Blackpool and Fleetwood attended an incident on West Park Drive, Blackpool to reports of a swan stuck in ice on a lake.
Firefighters rescued the swan from the ice using swift water rescue equipment and a sled.
Crews were at the scene for approximately two hours.
