A DRIVER was arrested for travelling at 93mph and tested positive for cannabis in his system on a Lancashire motorway.
Lancashire Police Tactical Operations team tweeted about the incident which was on the M65 near Blackburn.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "Trust us, there’s a car in there somewhere!
Trust us, there’s a car in there somewhere! This VW passed #HO34 on the M65 near Blackburn and reached a recorded speed of 93mph in poor weather conditions.
