A man on crutches has gone missing from hospital.
Anthony McCombs disappeared from Blackburn Hospital on Friday and police say they are now growing concerned for his welfare.
Anthony, who officers believe will be walking with crutches, is around 5'8" tall and was last seen wearing a navy blue jumper.
A spokesperson for the police said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Anthony McCombs who has gone missing from Blackburn Hospital on Friday November 13.
"Anthony is described as 5'8" in height, of slim build with short brown hair and a beard.
"He was last seen wearing a navy blue jumper and blue tracksuit pants and will be walking with crutches."
Anyone who has seen Anthony or know where he could be should contact the police on 101 quoting log reference 0052 of November 13.
