AN ACCOUNTANCY firm that has proved to be a local lockdown success story has now announced new growth plans, including a staff shake-up.
PM+M has promoted payroll team manager Julie Mason along with Lucy O’Gorman of the accounts team to directors and Gillian Ibbotson to assistant manager in anticipation of the planned growth, along with naming Ross Uttley and Lorna Hargreaves as assistant manager and Laura Bannan as senior executive.
PM+M managing partner Jane Parry said: “I am delighted to announce these promotions.
“As we continue through these challenging times we must plan for the future and ensure that we come out of this crisis in a strong position that enables us to achieve our strategy for growth.
“I am very proud of all our people at this time.
“They have shown an incredible level of dedication and resilience, traits that all those who have been promoted have in abundance."
This comes amid a busy time for the company. It has launched a bespoke furlough advice function and an online coronavirus hub, which includes the latest advice from the government in relation to the direct financial support businesses can access as well as news and guidance on issues.
