A third Covid death this month has been reported at the trust in charge of Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital.
According to NHS England figures published today, the patient died on Monday, October 26, at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH).
Updated daily, the data includes patients who either tested positive for Covid-19 or where no positive test result was received but Covid-19 was mentioned on their death certificate.

It follows the deaths of patients at the trust, which also runs the Churchill Hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury's Horton General Hospital, on October 22 and on October 17.
These had been the first at OUH since the beginning of July and comes as cases of the virus have surged across the country.
The latest death brings the official death toll at the trust to 185 since the pandemic began.
