A DRIVER who had been reported to the police for the way he was driving had a long walk home after officers tracked him down.
Multiple reports had been made about the way in which a Ford Fiesta was being driven in Blackburn, with complaints of speeding and handbrake turns in and around the town.
Officers later spotted the vehicle speeding down the road and asked the driver to pull over.
A spokesman said: “Officers sighted the vehicle at speed, stopped it and seized it under section 59. The driver now has a 4.5 mile walk home to think about his manner of driving.”
