Police confiscated the petrol powered bike in Bacup.
A CHILDREN'S quad bike was today sized by police in Rossendale after being ridden by a "20 year old who should know better."
The petrol powered bike was seized by officers on Pennine Road, Bacup and was found not to be insured.
Officers described the bike as an "accident waiting to happen" and have confirmed that it will not be returned.
