Police recieved reports of youths trespassing on a building site on Walton Lane.
PARENTS have been warned after police were made aware of youths trespassing on a construction site in Nelson.
Officers say that they have received reports of some of the unfinished properties on the Walton Lane site being damaged.
They have also pointed out that such sites can be extremely dangerous for young people.
A police spokesperson said: "We will be patrolling this area in the coming weeks ensuring there is nobody trespassing.
"For any parents reading please can you remind your children construction sites are extremely dangerous and they should not be on them."
