A DRIVER in Oswaldtwistle was today found to be driving at over 80 miles per hour on a 30 miles per hour road.
Lancashire Road Safety Partnership reported the infringement after one of their safety camera vans detected the driver on New Lane at around midday.
The driver was also seen using a mobile phone while driving.
Addressing the driver, who has not yet been identified, an LRSP spokesperson said: "Good look explaining that in court, shortly you will get your chance."
