A motorbike was seized with the driver reported yesterday evening after being caught with no license or insurance.
The bike was spotted in Crompton Way, Bolton, and pursued by the police after it was discovered the bike had no insurance.
The driver then abandoned the bike and set off on foot to try and escape police.
After a short chase police caught the driver and also discovered that they had no license at all.
The bike was seized by police and the driver reported.
A post on GMP Traffic's page said: "This one didn't fancy stopping to chat with officers earlier.
"Following a short pursuit the vehicle was abandoned on Crompton Way and rider and officers took to foot.
"Rider caught and found to have no licence or insurance.
"Another one seized and rider reported."
