A MAN who failed to give specimen of urine when asked to by police has been made subject to a community order.
Barry Ormandy, 45, of Anson Street, Barrow, appeared in South Cumbria Magistrates Court.
He had previously denied failing to give a sample, when police suspected he had been driving a vehicle, but he changed his plea to guilty.
He was made subject to a community order and in total has to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £90 victim surcharge to the court.
